Franklin Triffletti, Esq.

Franklin was born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where he attended elementary and middle school. Franklin graduated high school from Gould Academy in Maine where he played soccer, was an accomplished USSA Freestyle mogul and aerial skiing competitor, and was named an all-conference baseball player by the Maine Association of Independent Schools Athletic Directors.  Franklin began College at Hamilton College and transferred to Bard College, where he double-majored in Film and Philosophy while playing on the Mens’ NCAA Tennis team. After college, Franklin coached competitive USSA mogul skiers in Telluride, Colorado before earning a Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of Iowa.

When Franklin returned to Massachusetts, he worked as an adjunct professor of Digital Filmmaking at Emerson College and produced a number of films, some of which earned prestigious awards at film festivals both nationally and internationally. It was his work as a film producer that led Franklin to contracts, intellectual property, and, finally, law school.

Franklin attended Boston College Law School, where he served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Society and was involved in a number of other organizations, including The Business Law Society, The Intellectual Property and Technology Forum, and The Real Estate Law Society.

Outside of the practice of law, Franklin enjoys spending time with his Wife and two sons: Steven and Calvin.  Franklin’s hobbies include Golf, Skiing, Tennis, and other sports.
