F. Steven Triffletti
Steve was born and raised in Kingston, MA and graduated from Kingston's Silver Lake High School in 1969 where he served as Class President and President of the National Honor Society. Steven then attended Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa in 1973 and where he also served as a student government leader and sophomore Class President. In 1976, Steven received his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Steve opened his own law practice in 1977. It has grown into a well respected law firm, now known as Triffletti & Costa, P.C. Steve is very active in civic and professional organizations.

Allan J. Costa
Allan is a native of Plymouth and attended Plymouth-Carver High School where he graduated with highest honors in 1977. In 1981, Allan received his B.A. with distinction from Southeastern Massachusetts University. At SMU, Allan was elected to the Board of Governors and Residence Halls Congress. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, obtaining his J.D. in 1984.
Allan served three years as a Marine Corps officer stationed in Quantico, VA. In the Marine Corps, Allan served as both trial counsel and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and was honorably discharged as a Captain in 1988. Allan is also very active in numerous civic and professional organizations.
Allan is devoted to his two sons and coaches them in baseball and hockey. Allan enjoys playing golf, hockey and skiing. Allan has a passion for the martial arts, which he has studied since 1978. Allan holds a black belt in Shotokan karate and is a black belt in Shalom Pai kung fu.

Roberta A. Grimes
Roberta is a Massachusetts native who graduated from Grafton High School as a member of the National Honor Society and then received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1977, and in 1982 she earned the Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver,Colorado. Roberta’s professional concentration is in the area of small-business advice and planning at all stages of business ownership, and she also specializes in comprehensive estate planning tailored to meet each client’s needs. Since she is licensed in Florida and Texas as well as in Massachusetts, she is able to assist the firm’s clients with the legal and practical details of their retirement-inspired moves to sunnier climates.
Roberta lived and practiced in Plymouth for 25 years before moving to Sarasota, Florida, and then to Austin, Texas. She now serves Triffletti & Costa in an Of Counsel capacity. Between her frequent visits to see clients in Massachusetts, Roberta enjoys travel and civic work in Austin with her husband, Edward, and she spends a lot of time with her three young grandchildren.
